Connections - Custom Entry Order

By default the directory is sorted alphabetically which can easily be changed by using the order by shortcode option which offers most everyone the flexibility to sort the entries within the directory the way they need them. The Custom Entry Order extension offers a way to specify the order in which entries should be displayed. One example in which you would use Custom Entry Order extension is a staff directory for a law firm where partners would need to be listed before associates and the associates would need to be listed in order of seniority.
