Is there a per-site fee?
No. The Agency plan is a flat monthly rate. You can connect and manage as many sites as you need without additional charges per site.
Can my team members access the dashboard?
Multi-user team access is on the Agency roadmap. Today each account has a single login; team seats with per-member access are planned as a free Agency-tier upgrade.
What happens if a plugin update breaks a client site?
Every install and update runs with automatic site protection: the connector backs up the current version, health-checks the site after installing, and restores the backup automatically if something breaks. You can also roll back to any version you previously downloaded with one click from the WordPress admin, free of charge.
