Subscription payments carry a 30-day usage-based refund: within 30 days of a payment you may request a refund of the amount paid minus $0.50 for every credit used in that period. After 30 days a cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle with no refund. The Lifetime Deal and credit packs are one-time purchases and are not refundable. To request a refund, email [email protected] from your account email with the payment date.
