Install the free GPLC Connector on each site and activate it with the one license key from your account. About a minute per site; from then on every update check the connector makes (at least every 12 hours) tells your dashboard the site is alive.

The Sites page lists every connected site with its status, connector version and last contact. Open a site for its full plugin inventory with versions, plus WordPress and PHP versions once diagnostics sharing is on in the connector.

Manage plugins on any site without logging into wp-admin. Install new plugins, push updates, or roll back to a previous version from your dashboard.

Monitor Site Health at a Glance

A site that has not contacted Zeebrar for 48 hours is marked Offline, a site you removed shows as Revoked, and pending updates are listed per site, so a silent site or a stale PHP version stands out without opening each admin.

Common questions

How many sites can I connect?

It depends on your plan. Personal includes 5 connected sites, Pro includes 15, and the Agency tier supports unlimited sites. All tiers include site management at no extra cost.

Is this the same as WordPress Multisite?

No. WordPress Multisite is a specific WordPress configuration where multiple sites share one WordPress installation. Zeebrar works with any standard WordPress site, whether it is standalone, on shared hosting, managed WordPress hosting, or even a Multisite network. You do not need to change your hosting setup.

Can my team members access the dashboard?

Multi-user team access is on the Agency roadmap. Today each account has a single login; team seats with per-member access are planned as a free Agency-tier upgrade.

What information can I see about each site?

Your dashboard shows each site's connector version, last contact, all installed plugins with version numbers, which plugins have pending updates, and whether the site is Connected, Offline (no contact for 48 hours) or Revoked. WordPress version, PHP version and memory limit appear once the site admin switches on diagnostics sharing in the connector; it is off by default so nothing leaves a site without consent. You can also see which plugins were installed through Zeebrar and their scan results.

What if I remove a client site later?

You can disconnect a site from your Zeebrar account at any time. Disconnecting removes it from your dashboard and stops remote management. The GPLC Connector on the site becomes inactive. Plugins that were already installed on the site remain installed and continue to work normally.
