How do credits work?

Credits are used to install plugins, including installing a newer version of a plugin you already have. Each plugin costs 1-5 credits depending on its value tier (shown on plugin pages). Credits accumulate while you are subscribed - unused credits carry over month to month. If you cancel, your credits freeze but remain in your account. Rollback, activation, deactivation and health monitoring never cost credits.

What happens to my credits if my subscription expires?

Your credits freeze but never disappear. When you resubscribe - even months later - your full balance unlocks and new monthly credits stack on top. With Zeebrar, you keep every credit you earned.

What happens when I cancel?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your installed plugins remain on your sites but stop receiving updates. Site management features (remote installs, rollbacks, health monitoring) also stop. Your credits freeze and are restored if you resubscribe later - even months down the line.

How many sites can I connect?

Site limits depend on your plan: Personal covers 5 WordPress sites, Pro 15, and Agency is unlimited. Each connected site needs the GPLC Connector plugin installed.

How do I change my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Cancel your current subscription first from Account → Subscription, then click Switch on the plan you want. There is no proration: your current plan stays active until the end of its paid period. Your installed plugins and account remain intact.

Can I get a refund on a subscription?

Subscription payments carry a 30-day usage-based refund: within 30 days of a payment you may request a refund of the amount paid minus $0.50 for every credit used in that period. After 30 days a cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle with no refund. The Lifetime Deal and credit packs are one-time purchases and are not refundable.
