Our credit system is simple: 1 credit = 1 plugin download. When you subscribe, you receive monthly credits based on your plan tier. Credits have an expiration period that depends on your subscription tier - Basic credits expire after 30 days, Pro after 60 days, and Agency after 90 days. Use credits for any premium plugin in our marketplace.

You can upgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately and your new limits take effect right away. Downgrades are not supported - to switch to a lower tier, please cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new plan after your billing cycle ends.

We offer usage-based refunds within 30 days of purchase. If you request a refund, we calculate it as: subscription price minus (credits used × $0.50 per credit). For example, if you paid $19.99 and used 5 credits, your refund would be $19.99 - $2.50 = $17.49. After 30 days, cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle with no refund.

Yes, subscription credits expire based on your plan tier. Basic plan credits expire after 30 days, Pro plan after 60 days, and Agency plan after 90 days. This encourages regular use of your subscription. One-time credit pack purchases have a longer 180-day expiration period.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For Agency plan customers, we also offer invoicing with NET-30 payment terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we never store your payment information on our servers. Annual subscriptions can be paid via bank transfer for enterprise customers.
