What happens if I already have an active subscription when I buy the Lifetime Deal?
Your Lifetime Deal is a separate purchase and does NOT automatically cancel your existing subscription. You must manually cancel your current subscription from Account → Subscription if you want to stop monthly billing. Your installed plugins will remain active on all your sites.
Do credits expire?
You receive 250 fresh credits each month. Unused credits roll over and bank for up to 24 months, giving you a maximum balance of 6,000 credits.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription payments carry a 30-day usage-based refund: within 30 days of a payment you can request a refund of the amount paid minus $0.50 for every credit used in that period. The Lifetime Deal Founder Edition is a one-time, non-refundable purchase. Please review the included features carefully before purchasing.
