1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zeebrar ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zeebrar provides a subscription-based service for accessing and managing premium WordPress plugins. Our service includes:

  • Access to our library of 6,000+ premium WordPress plugins
  • gplc-connector WordPress plugin for direct installation and updates
  • Credit-based or unlimited download access depending on plan
  • Customer support according to your subscription tier

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Credit Pack, Agency) with varying features and credit allocations. Plan details are available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy

4.3 Credits

  • Credits are used to download plugins (1 credit = 1 download)
  • Subscription credits expire based on plan tier: Basic (30 days), Pro (60 days), Agency (90 days)
  • One-time credit pack purchases expire 180 days from purchase date

4.4 Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
  • Refunds are usage-based: subscription price minus (credits used × $0.50)
  • After 30 days, cancellations take effect at end of billing cycle with no refund

4.5 Plan Changes

  • Upgrades are available anytime with prorated billing
  • Downgrades are not supported; cancel and resubscribe to a lower tier

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense plugins downloaded through our Service
  • Use automated tools to mass-download or scrape our Service
  • Circumvent any technological measures we use to protect the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software

6. Plugin Licensing

6.1 GPL Compliance

All plugins in our library are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). This license grants you the right to use, modify, and distribute the software, subject to GPL terms.

6.2 Site Licenses

Your subscription includes a specific number of site licenses depending on your plan. You may only use downloaded plugins on the number of sites permitted by your subscription tier.

6.3 Updates and Support

Plugin updates are provided through our Service. We do not provide direct support for individual plugin functionality - please contact the original plugin developers for plugin-specific support.

7. Intellectual Property

The Zeebrar name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by Zeebrar and protected by intellectual property laws. Plugins distributed through our Service are owned by their respective developers and distributed under GPL.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Plugins will be compatible with your WordPress installation
  • Plugins will be free from vulnerabilities or malware

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEEBRAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeebrar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we reasonably believe your actions may harm Zeebrar or other users.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any plugins already installed on your sites remain installed but will no longer receive updates through our Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zeebrar regarding the Service.
