4.2 Billing
- • Paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance
- • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
- • All fees are non-refundable
4.3 Credits
- • Plugin costs vary by tier (1-5 credits per download)
- • Subscription credits roll over monthly while your subscription is active, up to a maximum balance of 6 months' worth of your plan's monthly allocation. If you cancel, credits freeze and become available again upon resubscription (subject to the same cap).
- • Lifetime Deal credits roll over monthly up to a maximum balance of 24 months' worth of the monthly allocation.
- • One-time credit pack credits are added to your balance immediately.
4.4 Cancellation
- • All purchases are final and non-refundable
- • Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle
- • Credits freeze on cancellation and resume if you resubscribe (subject to the maximum balance cap for your plan)
4.5 Plan Changes
- • To change plans, cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new plan after your billing cycle ends
- • Your installed plugins and account remain intact during the transition

You agree not to:
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense downloaded plugins
- Use automated tools to mass-download or scrape
- Circumvent technological protection measures
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software

The Zeebrar name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by Zeebrar and protected by intellectual property laws. Plugins distributed through our Service are owned by their respective developers and distributed under GPL.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Plugins will be compatible with your WordPress
- Plugins will be free from vulnerabilities
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEEBRAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Installed plugins remain on your sites but won't receive updates.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dover, Delaware.
