1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zeebrar ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Zeebrar provides a subscription-based service for accessing and managing premium WordPress plugins. Our service includes:
- Thousands of premium WordPress plugins
- gplc-connector for direct installation
- Credit-based plugin downloads
- Support based on your tier
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Plans
We offer multiple subscription tiers (Personal, Pro, Agency) with varying features. View pricing details
4.2 Billing
- Paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance through PayPal
- You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
- After three consecutive failed payments PayPal suspends the subscription; installed plugins keep working, updates and installs pause until it is active again
4.3 Credits
- Plugin costs vary by tier (1-5 credits per download)
- Subscription credits roll over monthly while your subscription is active, up to a maximum balance of 6 months' worth of your plan's monthly allocation. If you cancel, credits freeze and become available again upon resubscription (subject to the same cap).
- Lifetime Deal credits roll over monthly up to a maximum balance of 24 months' worth of the monthly allocation.
- One-time credit pack credits are added to your balance immediately.
4.4 Cancellation
- Subscription payments carry a 30-day usage-based refund: within 30 days of a payment you may request a refund of the amount paid minus $0.50 for every credit used in that period. After 30 days a cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle with no refund
- The Lifetime Deal and credit packs are one-time purchases and are not refundable
- To request a refund, email [email protected] from your account email with the payment date
- Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle
- Credits freeze on cancellation and resume if you resubscribe (subject to the maximum balance cap for your plan)
4.5 Plan Changes
- To change plans, cancel your current subscription first, then subscribe to the new plan from the Subscription page. Subscribing to a second plan does not cancel the first one. There is no proration: your current plan stays active until the end of its paid period
- Your installed plugins and account remain intact during the transition
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense downloaded plugins
- Use automated tools to mass-download or scrape
- Circumvent technological protection measures
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
6. Plugin Licensing
6.1 GPL Compliance
All plugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). This grants you the right to use, modify, and distribute the software, subject to GPL terms.
6.2 Site Connections
Site connections are limited by plan: Personal includes 5 connected sites, Pro includes 15 connected sites, and Agency includes unlimited connected sites. Install the gplc-connector plugin on each site up to your plan's limit.
6.3 Updates and Support
Plugin updates are provided through our Service. We do not provide direct support for individual plugins - contact the original developers for plugin-specific help.
7. Intellectual Property
The Zeebrar name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by Zeebrar and protected by intellectual property laws. Plugins distributed through our Service are owned by their respective developers and distributed under GPL.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Plugins will be compatible with your WordPress
- Plugins will be free from vulnerabilities
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEEBRAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeebrar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
Cancel anytime via account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or harm Zeebrar or other users.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Installed plugins remain on your sites but won't receive updates.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dover, Delaware.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zeebrar regarding the Service.
