Managing Your Subscription ## Viewing Your Subscription 1. Log in to your Zeebrar account

Go to Account → Subscription

View your current plan, credits, and billing date ## Changing Your Plan To change plans, cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new plan after your billing cycle ends: 1. Go to Account → Subscription

Click "Cancel Subscription"

After your billing cycle ends, subscribe to the new plan Your installed plugins and account remain intact during the transition. ## Cancelling Your Subscription 1. Go to Account → Subscription

Click "Cancel Subscription"

Confirm cancellation Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing cycle. Your remaining credit balance is kept (frozen) and becomes available again if you resubscribe; no new monthly credits are added while cancelled. ## Refund Policy We offer usage-based refunds within 30 days:

• Refund = subscription price - (credits used × $0.50)
• After 30 days, no refunds are available
