Go to Account → Subscription
Click Cancel Subscription
Select a cancellation reason (helps us improve)
Confirm cancellation ## What Happens After Cancellation - Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period
- Installed plugins continue to work
- You won't receive automatic updates
- You can reactivate anytime ## Keeping Your Plugins Plugins you've already installed will remain on your WordPress site. However:
- Updates will stop after your subscription ends
- You won't be able to install new plugins
- Re-installation will require an active subscription ## Reactivating Your Account Changed your mind? You can reactivate anytime:
1. Log in to your Zeebrar account
Go to Account → Subscription
Click Reactivate
Choose your plan ## Refund Policy We offer usage-based refunds within 30 days of purchase. The refund amount is calculated as: subscription price minus (credits used × $0.50).
