Troubleshooting Connection Errors

Having trouble connecting gplc-connector to your Zeebrar account? Here are solutions to common issues.

Common Errors

"Invalid Credentials"

Cause: Email or password is incorrect. Solution:
  • Verify your email address is correct
  • Reset your password at zeebrar.com/forgot-password
  • Try connecting again
  • "Connection Timed Out"

    Cause: Server communication issues. Solution:
  • Check your internet connection
  • Temporarily disable firewall/security plugins
  • Try again in a few minutes
  • Contact your host if issues persist
  • "SSL Certificate Error"

    Cause: SSL configuration issues on your server. Solution:
  • Ensure your site has a valid SSL certificate
  • Check that SSL is properly configured
  • Contact your hosting provider for help
  • "Rate Limited"

    Cause: Too many connection attempts. Solution:
  • Wait 15 minutes before trying again
  • Ensure you're using the correct credentials
