WordPress Client Billing
Automated recurring invoicing for agencies running WordPress maintenance retainers. Bill clients from the same dashboard where you manage their sites.
Why agencies need this
Agencies running WordPress maintenance retainers juggle three tools: the management dashboard, the billing platform (usually Stripe or PayPal dashboards directly, or a PM tool like FreshBooks), and the client-email flow reminding people their payment failed. Every tool has its own login, its own data, and no shared context.
Zeebrar's client billing will consolidate this. Bill per site from the same dashboard where you manage the sites. Retainer tiers map directly to what's included - a client paying for "essentials" gets updates + scans, a client paying for "premium" gets that plus priority support and monthly reports. When a client's card fails, the automated dunning flow handles recovery without you writing another email.
This ships Q4 2026. Until then, you can use Stripe Subscriptions or PayPal Recurring Billing directly alongside Zeebrar - the GPLC Connector does not interfere with any external billing stack.
