Remote Installation

Install WordPress Plugins Remotely

Stop logging into wp-admin on every site. Install, update, and manage plugins from one dashboard.

The problem with managing plugins the old way

If you manage more than one WordPress site, you already know the drill. Log into wp-admin on site one. Navigate to Plugins. Upload the zip file. Click activate. Then do it all over again on site two, site three, and every other site you are responsible for.

For a single site, it is a minor inconvenience. For agencies and freelancers managing ten, twenty, or fifty client sites, it turns into hours of repetitive work every week. Each login is another password to remember, another dashboard to navigate, another chance for something to go wrong.

Zeebrar's remote installer changes that. Connect your sites once, and install plugins on any of them from a single dashboard. No more logging into individual wp-admin panels.

How It Works

Find the plugin you need from our catalog of over 5,000 premium WordPress plugins. Click "Connect & Install" and you are done.

Step 04

The Plugin Appears on Your Site

The plugin is installed and activated on your WordPress site automatically. No file uploads, no wp-admin login, no manual steps.

Benefits

Why go remote?

No wp-admin Access Required

Install plugins on any connected site straight from your Zeebrar dashboard. You never need to open wp-admin for plugin management again.

Works Across All Connected Sites

Connect as many WordPress sites as your plan allows and manage them all from one place. No per-site fees or separate logins.

Pre-Install Compatibility Checks

Before any plugin is installed, Zeebrar verifies WordPress version, PHP version, and known conflicts so you avoid breaking your site.

Credit-Based Fair Usage

Each installation uses credits from your plan. No throttling, no waiting in queues. Your credits, your pace.

Transparent Credit Tracking

See exactly how many credits you have left, how many each action costs, and when your credits reset. No surprises on your bill.

Any Version, Not Just the Latest

Need a specific plugin version for compatibility? Install any version from the full version history, not just the most recent release.

FAQ

Common questions

How does remote plugin installation work?
The GPLC Connector plugin runs on your WordPress site and communicates with Zeebrar's servers. When you click "Install" on your Zeebrar dashboard, the connector receives the instruction, downloads the plugin file, and installs it on your site. The entire process takes a few seconds.
Is it safe to install plugins remotely?
Yes. The connection between your site and Zeebrar is authenticated with a unique API key. Only your Zeebrar account can send instructions to your connected sites. Every plugin in the catalog is also scanned with VirusTotal before it becomes available.
Do I need FTP or SSH access to my server?
No. The GPLC Connector handles everything through the WordPress plugin API. You do not need FTP, SSH, cPanel, or any server-level access. If you can install a WordPress plugin the normal way once, you are set.
What WordPress versions are supported?
The GPLC Connector supports WordPress 5.8 and above. Before each remote installation, the system checks that your WordPress and PHP versions meet the plugin's requirements.
How many sites can I connect?
It depends on your subscription tier. The Starter plan includes site connections, Pro adds more, and the Agency tier supports unlimited site connections. There are no per-site fees on any plan.
What happens if an installation fails?
If a remote installation fails, you will see a clear error message on your dashboard explaining what went wrong. Common causes include insufficient server permissions or version incompatibilities, both of which are flagged before the install attempt when possible.
